Volcom limited lifetime warranty: Volcom outerwear is fully warranted to the original owner, with original receipt, against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, not your lifetime. If the product ever fails due to manufacturer defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage cause by accident, improper care (please pay close attention to the care instructions provided. The use of bleaches, wash additives, dry cleaning, over drying, or never washing your garment may damage the waterproof coating and nullify the product warranty.), negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Rips, tears, burns, and holes are not covered under terms of our warranty policy.

Your Volcom jacket and pant, designed with the best in quality and construction, are still made of fabric and will get damaged by misuse, i.e. the rail of your board while carrying it. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you are for your Volcom products, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charge for return shipping. California state law requires that products accepted for repair is clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty policy supersedes all previous warranty policies. For warranty evaluation, your product, and the original receipt of purchase must be returned directly to:
